Why do I get the feeling that this article isn't what VV would consider her 'nuclear option?'

I can't verify that I've got the right YouTube video for it, because they disable access to streaming-media sites here at work after the work day starts, but it seems to me that this falls more along the lines of a JP233 runway-denial munition strike -- the Tornado flies over the runway with a cascade of bomblets dropping out of the dispenser, followed shortly by the runway being obscured by a broad lane of explosions.

Reading the Korea Times article, I am reminded of the famous misquote (there's no documented record he ever said it) of Admiral Yamamoto Isoroku:

I fear that all we have done is to awaken a sleeping giant and fill him with a terrible resolve.

(The closest documented quote is a reply from Yamamoto to Taketoro Ogata, "A military man can scarcely pride himself on having 'smitten a sleeping enemy'; it is more a matter of shame, simply, for the one smitten. I don't want to dance around crying victory yet, but that article has given my mood -- and my hopes for the future of CoH -- more of an uplift than anything I've done or read since 0005 Saturday morning.

While I sit here having just had my bicep tendon re-attached, oddly enough reading this made me think I will have my arm healed in 12 weeks but my soul may be healed before that.

So...  if NC Soft's stock drops far enough, can we buy it up and then hold a majority vote in it's shareholder meetings?

It's maybe not necessary to buy it up, but we should keep the media going to keep ncsoft's rating down.
Now the mean part of the plan: Does anyone know how to get into a position of selling market analyses via reuters???

If so, we could up one about ncsoft that reads "selling", base it on the analyst quoted in this article and ncsofts actual media perception, the development of their new "key" game GW2 and how it is behind in expected sales, and how the company closes profitable branches off (CoH), pointing out more wrong decisisons sonce 2010 (important, not earlier) when all key positions have been assigned to new people (CEO, executives etc - can be seen on the reuters page) - claiming they could be running towards "willful and malicious bankruptcy" to fill their own pockets in the process.

And on top, we can get 10$ per download, filling the funds to buy stocks if needed to take them over this way :D

Jokes aside, I think doing everything possible to keep their stock prize low is a key element in getting them to sell the IP. They may even have to at one point to stay operational. As of today, it's working very well - they had a day's low 141,000 KRW and are ATM back at 147,000 KRW - 5th of Decembre will be a new 52week low for them!
