It'd probably have to be Lightning Rod for me. Build up + lightning rod = everything in a 20 ft radius dead

It'd have to be a tie between Crushing Uppercut or Spinning Strike from the Street Justice powerset. They were just such brutal looking hand-to-hand combat moves, and I loved using them when I could.
