What really sucks in that McDonald's, here in California, doesn't even know that biscuits and sausage gravy exists. They looked at me funny the first time I ordered it after moving here from Oklahoma.  :(

That's just wrong.

California just moved up in my list of places not to visit with that. :)

Would you really want biscuits & gravy from McD's anyways??  I sure as hell wouldn't.

Cali may not have a unique McDonalds Item, but we have something 100x better than McDonalds :P

It's definitely not a statewide thing; the McDonald's restaurants in Fresno and Clovis carry it (and it's great).  I've found other parts of the state to be like you say though.

I'm sorry, back I must speak to this point.

Biscuits and sausage gravy with hash browns > pancakes and waffles.
My breakfast was vegetable panang curry with jasmine rice that i added some sriracha and peanut butter to for extra savor and spiciness. Also a small bowl of chocolate granola. Fresh ground and brewed coffee as well. <cartman>I eat what I want!</cartman>
So far so good. Onward and upward!

Interesting, since I am from that area.  However, if I want biscuits and gravy, Huckleberry's has some of the best ALL the time!  It is a Cajun-style restaurant that serves only breakfast and lunch, and it is fantastic!

Jeez, wouldn't it be great if CoX got a "yes" BEFORE Nexon manages to complete their hostile takeover of NCSoft?

You're assuming CoX DOESN'T have a "yes" as of right now.

The fact that they're not announcing doesn't mean the deal isn't at least signed with provisions (ie: the image has to be set up and actually working before the transaction is complete -- or market has to be developed -- or sign-in display meets approval -- etc, etc.)

With the NDA's we're assuming everybody in the know is operating under, there could be champagne being passed around for weeks without us being allowed to hear about it.

No news is no news.

Holy crap.

I would imagine Nexion would have less of a possessive stance over NCSoft's buried IPs.

Best case scenario, the team reaches out to Nexion and manages to completely buy the COH IP.  Worst case, Nexion tries making a CoH browser game and the old fun version of the game is gone forever.

I live in Southern California. Haven't had much opportunity to eat breakfast (or lunch or dinner) in northern Cali. Still, Cali does have a lot of strange folk with crazy idears of what breakfast should be.

I keep hearing only two things come from Oklahoma, but I had no idea they were biscuits and gravy.

I love this.  Thanks, guys!

Jeez, wouldn't it be great if CoX got a "yes" BEFORE Nexon manages to complete their hostile takeover of NCSoft?  But then again, I guess we're better off in the long run if they know about it and are okay with it going in, or else the rug could get pulled out from under us by yet another nasty overlord once again....   :o

I posted above so you would know that the NDA's are not assumed - they are real.

Nate Downes flat out said he is under multiple NDA's. This would not be the case if nothing was happening.

Nate has only said that he is under multiple NDA's... you are just ASSUMING that those relate to CoX and NCSoft --  ;)
I don't know what all deals Nate might be involved with -- maybe he has to sign an NDA to get his muffler worked on.

If Nate had told us directly what the NDA's he is under related to, that might very well have violated the terms of the NDA's

Personally, I would think you're making a pretty damn good assumption, but it's still an assumption.
