I had screenshots aplenty of these. What I miss the most, is I'd use /playernote to store memorable mistells or quotes from people, and use the stars to rate the possible embarassment level.

I'd then promptly forget about it, then see a 5-star in a Hami Raid/TF/Trial, and promptly open it up to laugh once again!

Please,please, please, please, please don't go to those Geek Squad nitwits. Most of them don't know the difference between a SSD and a CPU, much less the ins and outs of an operating system. Painting with a broad brush here I know but...

Amen!  I have been doing corporate and home computer repair/troubleshooting/builds 1998...  Anyone I do work for says that they were thinking of bringing it to Geek Squad, I shoot that down right away.  I tell them they would be throwing away money.

They are working on it. I don't know what the project is and it is likely under NDA. At this stage the only words we will receive will be simple ones. In this type of a deal I would be very surprised if they weren't under an NDA. They may be able to say - project submitted and satisfactory or some such.

It is encouraging that they are still moving forward. Different team this time and they do understand the importance of doing it the NCSoft way.

400 pages in and people still view IW posts as some kind of malicious stunt. I a never dissapointed in the abyss that is the interwebs.

In fairness, it's a pretty sound strategy to assume that everyone on the Internet is a horrible human being who's lying to you as part of a long, elaborate con to scam you out of money. :) I can't count the number of sob stories I see "going viral", only to be followed a few days later by a story about how the person in question was lying to get people to open their pockets in charity.

In this case, of course, we've got verification and the matter's been settled, but given the number of people who've been using "CoH Back and Available For Download!" as a malware link, I don't think it's the kind of suspicion that comes from nowhere.
