In fact, I actually did an analysis that concluded the minimum bust size setting was a little on the high size of B (this was surprisingly tricky to do).  However, in terms of bust size to overall size, statistically speaking the slider started above the 50 percentile for humans.  There was definitely no way to push the slider to "needs magnifying glasses."  It was impossible even to make a low B or an A.  About the only thing I could say was that the statement some made that the slider couldn't go below a C or D was false.  Barely.

Of course, given the fact that bra sizes range from discontinuous to completely random, its not exactly a precise statement to say that the CoH characters bottomed out at a B.

Anybody have an odd or freaky MM or Stalker build they wanna share? Been toying with Mids looking for a good soloing toon that can also help teams out. So far, my Street Justice/Nin is being converted to a Street Justice/Willpower most likely. Any melee gems I am missing?

Oh, and a good Arachnos soldier build (Huntsman, Crabbie, or Bane, don't care which) would be awesome too. Made several and never quite sure what I wanted with the soldier, other than supreme tank mage status but who doesn't want that, am I right?

I'll take a look once I'm back from my brother's wedding. I think I managed one that permaed at least the two pets if not the epic level pet as well as having significant if not outright softcapped defense.

I would just love the game back now....

.....Because I finally ended a game of master of orion 3(one of the lesser 4x game of all time, not horrible, but it's pace can turn into a grind) on like turn 374......with each turn taking on average 4-5 minutes.

.....This was a 31 hour long game....according to the average.  Yikes.

I think about 110 of those turns turns was "Mop up".

I miss city of heroes for my sci-fi fix.

Wait, so now that NCSoft have avoided the hostile takeover by having Netmarble on their side, they are holding back the CoH IP sale because maybe their allies might get a better offer and change sides?

I am asking becuase if that is true, it sounds very very close to the IP sale deal being completely dead.
