Actually, I had just finished playing Mass Effect 1 when I switched to Borderlands 1. I've started Borderlands 2 again now, but I don't know how far I'll get with Dragon Age 3 around the corner. I can't really put my finger on what I didn't like about Borderlands 2 vs Borderlands 1. It just didn't hold my interest as well. We'll see how things go this time.

One thing I can say about Borderlands 2, though, is that I really don't like the inventory and skill screens. Maybe they're designed more for console play or something, but they are a lot harder to navigate for me on a PC.

One day the Phoenix will rise again.

What's dessert without a main course of CoH anyhow?

Here ,*tosses a bag of Snackwells*, this'll have keep you busy til the big announcement.
It takes a village to raise a child. And it takes a villain to explain the value of lunch money.

-Random CoHer: "Why does the sky turn green during Rikti invasions?"
-Me:"Rikti Monkey farts"
-Random CoHer: "I'm going to you for all my questions from now on!"

Tubbius

Snackwells.  I vaguely remember those!

I never ate them, though.

And I can't eat my City of Heroes discs. . . .

Techbot Alpha

I'm curious; does the CoT team actually work as a paid team at the mo, or is it still volunteer work?

I ask because I was working volunteer for them (I did concept and some background writing for The Silenced, don't know if they are still around) before life kicked in and I had to worry about getting paid, and paying rent and bills, etc.

The point is, I (like I'm sure many others) would love to work for either CoT or Revival or whatever, and get paid. That, of course, may be entirely impossible... But a robot can dream, right?
"I don't want your damn lemons!"

Fireheart

Nobody's getting paid, as far as I know, TA.  There's no income in the game, yet.

Still, if you feel the hunger to contribute, I'm sure the MWM team would be happy to hear from you.

Be Well!

I'd really like CoH back before next year :<
I know there's nothing anyone here can do about it, but damn I hate waiting this long.

Beautiful voice, weird song.
Made at the height of the UFO craze.

. . . Actually, it might be "Close your eyes."  I'll listen to the song later and report back with proper lyrics if needed.  :)

The carpenters were not authors of that tune----the original artist was an obscure band called KLAATU. ---fyi
