i too very much like the villains one

I thought we villains were missing out... so I got inspired.  Making a matching hero one was a bit of an afterthought.  :)

Not sure if this would be distracting, but do you think animated GIFs would also be helpful?

We all know our human eyes are attracted to movement...

Maybe a dark background... with the following panels:

1. For eight-and-a-half years
2. We've been fighting
3. To Save
4. Paragon City
5. They now need us
6. One. More. Time.
7. #SaveCOH

(Or fewer panels, of course).

Just an idea... animation may get the person to move their eye there...and the panels and the suspense may get them to read it. :)

Can someone please point me in the direction of the font? I know there was a "resources" section on the site, or something that had it some time ago, but I was unable to find it.

I am actually looking to use the font in a tattoo design.

I believe it was part of the CoV Fansite Kit.  There are a couple of links you can try on that page.  I'm pretty sure it was still there for download when I checked a couple of months ago.

I could not for the life of me remember that it was called the "fansite kit", so I was unsure as to what, exactly, to search for.

The Hero Kit is available, but I get a problem loading page, trying to get the CoV one.

I haveboth the CoH and CoV Fan site kits, I am not sure on the legality of redistribution, but since they used to give it out for free and the links to them seem to have gotten lost in the site redesigns, so I dunno if there would be an issue of some one passing them along

Given the free distribution nature of the kits, I would be highly shocked if anyone even blinked twice upon hearing that one player emailed it to another.

To make use of some of the lovely Hero slogan we have flying around... I decided to make some "supportive" banners that one could use as a sig with a link to http://tinyurl.com/SaveParagon perhaps.  Just something to add to our rallying cries.  Also, the villains feel left out (now GuyPerfect can sport one?).

All comments as to design and sloganeering is welcome!  I will be cross posting this on the Official Forums.

I had orginially created this one, but I opted for less text.  But the Destined One is more villain-ish.

But feel free to use either if it fits your style.  I do both the Hero and my villain in my signature with both acting as links to the SaveParagon site.

Uhm, not to sound too picky, but I believe that should read "Our Isles need a hero." Why not go with something more possessive, though, and less altruistic? "What's ours is ours!" is a good rallying cry for redside. Something in that theme might fit here.

Another nitpick: "Our Isles needs..." is grammatically incorrect, it should read: "Our Isles need..." without the 's.'
