Questions about converting and Sentinel

I moved a Loyalist Praetoria MM to Hero/blue side but she shows as Villain on the Cit.cohtitan.com.
Can I get her changed to Hero in her profile? http://cit.cohtitan.com/character/95138

Not yet.  :P Side-switching features haven't been implemented in CIT yet.
