I moved a Loyalist Praetoria MM to Hero/blue side but she shows as Villain on the Cit.cohtitan.com.
Can I get her changed to Hero in her profile? http://cit.cohtitan.com/character/95138

Not yet.  :P Side-switching features haven't been implemented in CIT yet.

There is active development on the CIT programming to address a number of issues, and Alignment is one of them. As per this thread over here, the first major impact of this work is scheduled to take place next Thursday, at which point all badge data will cleansed of invalid records and site efficiency will take a steep jump upwards.
