While updating some of the Peatorian's pages I ran intoa small issue.

There does not seem to be a lot of consistency between the layouts.

It looks like there are maybe 3 different styles being used.

What's the best format to use when I update these pages?

What's the best format to use when I update these pages?

My understanding is that a new formatting schema is being worked on (see Mission articles and Formatting Dialogues in the Formatting and Standardisation child board in these forums), and to hold off until consensus and some guidance for all editors is provided.
