Title: NPC Pages

While updating some of the Peatorian's pages I ran intoa small issue.

There does not seem to be a lot of consistency between the layouts.

It looks like there are maybe 3 different styles being used.

What's the best format to use when I update these pages?

My understanding is that a new formatting schema is being worked on (see Mission articles (http://www.cohtitan.com/forum/index.php/topic,3347.0.html) and Formatting Dialogues (http://www.cohtitan.com/forum/index.php/topic,3345.0.html) in the Formatting and Standardisation child board in these forums), and to hold off until consensus and some guidance for all editors is provided.
