Discuss.  It's probably the last big talk we'll hold here.  And while we can't answer questions about much (speaking for myself as I don't think others are able to comment on anything) I'm always listening.  :)

Titan Network, which I too frequently ignored during live, became the place I could hold my torch during the dark years.  Thank you Tony V and the entire Titan crew for all you did keeping the community alive.

I have nothing against the Homecoming folks, but I didn't really like the idea of the two sites merging.  I'm glad to see that a long-time Titan admin is taking over instead.

Tony, I have always been more of a lurker on the forums, but I have always appreciated your rational, diplomatic and well thought out posts. You were the voice of reason, when so many others would get irrational. It saddens me to know that you are leaving the Titan Network, as well as the talks with NC Soft. Anything you and the Titan Network have been involved in or supportive of, I've always thought must be ok. Whatever has happened between you and the Homecoming people is really concerning. As usual, you have taken the high road, and said your goodbyes in the most eloquent manner possible. Please know that so many of us will miss your presence here. I'm glad that at least some of the current admins will be continuing to run things.
On a positive note, CONGRATULATIONS on your engagement! I wish you and your fiancé a lifetime of happiness!

I have to admit: I'm more than a little bit saddened and confused by the sudden (at least, sudden to an outside perspective) departure, but I understand sometimes things happen where changes are needed that might not have been expected.

That said, I am glad to hear Sekoia is taking up the reins; while I greatly appreciate everything the Homecoming team is doing, I've always felt Titan Network was best served in its role as a more agnostic resource.

Tony's article helpful explained how to delete your account if you don't want it going to HC.
Can I ask if that includes things like City Tracker?

Since the accounts are linked, do I have to delete from multiple places? Is it all going over?

Sekoia will be in charge, and Titan Network will continue to be maintained as a separate entity for the foreseeable future.

That is not going to happen.  At the current time, nothing is headed to Homecoming concerning user data.  Titan Network will continue to operate independent of Homecoming for the near future. 

If we do have something move there, we'll inform you on the timeline and details beforehand.

I used Titan Sentinal to restore my characters on my private server, so this place has been invaluable :)

You have inserted a comment into TonyVs announcement saying everything is staying here, which is great.

However it would be really helpful if you struck through the stuff that is no longer happening, because its still confusing coming to it cold. I can confirm that people are still reading it and coming to discord channels saying everything is going to HC.

And/or place a note at the top saying that no data is going to HC. But what about tools? Is anything else going to HC?
