I thought that already existed with one of the powersets.  I know made Storm Summoning all colorful for a short time and tried to get as many powers going at once for the one Controller I played.  But I'm a noob when it comes to griefing.

Nature Summoning (if that's the name) did have a lot of powers you could spawn and keep going for a short while.

This existed.  Earth/Storm troller.  On a good day, you could bring the screen to a screeching halt.

Storm was fun...just not (ducks preemptively) terribly useful in comparison to many other support sets. It had what I believe was the most powerful single target heal besides Absorb Pain, and a couple decent debuffs, but it just didnt have enough going for it besides looking really cool. I'm sure some people made it work for them, but for the jack of all trades powersets there were much better options.
