If you could have two powers?

Lets say that you could have two powers from COX and Lets assume that EVERYONE Has Access to ALL of the Scrapper powers that involve weapons already.
As weapons is not a power you can just have the weapon and ability to use it.

But the actual powers...what powers would you want and why do you think it would be a good combo between them?

I might choose something like Plant Domination and Time Control
I like plants and summoning Molly (Fly Trap) would be a great companion. Plant Domination from what I can tell is the best of all of them for the simple hold them down. Or at least it just seems that way. One of its powers can turn enemies on each other as they attack each other lol.

Time Manipulation to add to the already powerful effects of just holding them!
With them slowed or stopped and pinned to where they cannot move or do anything and if they can they are knocked up in the air by gaint plant tentacles and eaten by a giant walking plant.....the enemy would certainly have reason to fear me lol.

oh and as my weapon I choose Rifles.

Fire Blast/Control.  The ability to burn things on a whim is just too tempting, all in the name of justice of course ;D

Storm Summoning.  It's a diverse "power" that involves control over moisture, air and even lightning.  That is cool.

Why:

1.  Capped Defense
2.  Capped Resistance
3.  Capped Recovery
4.  Capped Recharge
5.  Capped debuff resistance
6.  Capped Damage strength
7.  Capped tohit
8.  Capped range
9.  Mag 500 mez protection
10.  I can fly
11.  I can teleport

True, I have no attacks, but with maximum tohit and maximum damage buff and maximum range I can probably kill at a hundred yards with a slingshot.

So Tiri says Group Fly and Healing Aura.
Give her a full set of Doctored Wounds on the Healing Aura, and Aegis or a full set of LotG on her Group Fly.

So I'll take Recall Friend, and Energy Sniper Blast.
Energy Sniper Stacked with a full set of Sting of the Manticore, which allows high enough accuracy for rapid-firing and non-interruptible as of I24, which is where I choose to pick my powersets from, so there. ;P

So *I* Recall the wounded members of our League (ALL of *you*, Hero, Villain or Praetorian, we're in a co-op zone), Tiri heals you up to full, and then she uses Group Fly to get us all back in the fight, and I do high combat air patrol covering us with Energy Sniper on autofire.

Oh, and both Tiri and I are carrying Beam Rifles, and PowyrBlades as a melee backup.

Hows this?

You can theoretically have access to any of the weapons... sort of.  Claws and titan weapons are stretching things as far as realistic weapons go.

I'd like to swipe my broad sword/dark armor brute's powers.  If you aren't counting weapons as a power, I'll take hasten.  It'd make housework so much easier.

No, that's a recuperator.  The mediporter is the thing that gets you to the recuperator in the first place.
