How pathetic I must be.  I still check every day without fail.  :o

Me to. I must admit most weekend I do not check but that's because I am spending time enjoying the grandkids.
I am still trying to find a game that I can latch unto but once you played the best nothing else compares. I am hoping for news soon. For the last month I have this feeling that an announcement is just around the corner.

Yes, it's the remake of Master of Orion. I also have the original 3 Master of Orion games as well. It was a Pre-order bundle.

I still play Master of Magic on occasion too.

Ooo... Master of Magic. Back before games were worried about pesky things like "balance" and were more concerned with "fun" and "being awesome".

I've enjoyed playing Age of Wonders 3 lately, which is kind of a spiritual successor, but even the God tier spells in that one don't feel anywhere near as good.

Boy do I ever have news to tell you.  You simply won't believe it.  This is very important news.  This news will affect the way you think about the THeM, NCSoft and even the THaM.  When I tell you this news, you are literly going to have a cow!  This is the biggest news to ever hit the Titan Forums, ever.  This news is so big, and so massive that it might take more than one posting.  It could take two posts.  Or it might even take three post to completely give you all the news.  I shouldn't need four posts, but this news is so big---who knows.  So here's the news.  There was a major development in the attempt to purchase the Massively Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game known as City of Heroes.  This news also include the sister Massively Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game known as City of Villians.  And, of course, the other sister Massively Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game known as Going Rogue also known as Praetoria or Gold Side.  This news also pretains to the incarnate system and the story arcs and trials associated to it.  Not to be left out, this news will also affect all story arcs and task forces and trials and strike forces in the "game-let" known as Cimerora.

That said, let me recap, big news, effects City of Heroes, City of Villians, and Going Rogue and even Cimerora.

Well, I spent 7 hours at the airport yesterday (and part of this early early morning) in an attempt to pick my mom up when her flight arrived. Unfortunately, her flight was diverted to Las Vegas...twice.  Yes, once was a flight from Vegas, diverted back to Vegas. She let me know about 1:00 this morning that they decided to not tempt the fates with a third attempt to land at LAX that night and try again in the morning. She should be landing in LAX in about 10 minutes.

Had a dream about Asherons Call last night.

The dev's promised to release the software to make private servers to the community.

For some reason I dreamed of it out of the blue, so i logged into the forums this morning to check it. Found a new post saying that for Christmas they were pulling the plug on the game, and the private server software, and ending the game after almost 20 years.

Had to pop on over here to make sure my demonic dreams didn't pick a new target. :-\

Nostalrius came back up, so, that's cool. Will be able to see some old friends again.

I still have dreams about CoH. I played it a lot during the old issues rather than the newer ones where it went F2P and such, so, it's a very different feeling in those dreams compared to even logging onto Icon or something and fooling around.

My all time favourite winter event activity remains playing Hydra hockey on the frozen lakes of Perez Park. i miss that so.
