City of Titans touts itself as a spiritual successor to City of Heroes.  If the game came back, they'd still develop their MMO anyway. Nothing would change.  If it doesn't, all the more reason for them to do it.
Yeah, and it still stands alone. Personally I want APRs stuff more than all of them combined. The same city with modern graphics and stuff! Oh man...

To me, it looks like the wheels have come off the "New Efforts".  :gonk: CoX has been offline so long, and yet I come back here at least once a week to see if there is anything new. After CoX was taken down over 4 years ago, I still want to go and play. I have even thought about starting a go fund me page to get the money to purchase CoX as an alternative to Nate and Co.'s efforts. The problem is I don't know the status of their efforts. Maybe they were successful and they are waiting for something so they can bring it back. The major down-side I see to bringing back CoX is that it would hurt their (including Nate) efforts to bring CoT online, as this would probably hurt their potential future users.

I'm sure we will hear an answer "soon" (TM)

Whenever I see that trademarked "Soon", I always think of The Realm. It took them 2 years to add a feature to the game and they always said that it was coming "soon".

So, for me, "soon" means sometime between now and probably before the end of the Universe.

So far, I think the longest "Soon" (tm) that I've noticed was the "Coon to be a motion picture" on the cover of Battlefield Earth when the book was written back in the 80s. The motion picture finally came out 18 years later. I just wish they'd waited a few more decades to get the movie right. The book was good. The movie...not so much.

How pathetic I must be.  I still check every day without fail.  :o

The first two are technically here (or 93 million miles away for #2) but I know what you mean.

Yup I check most days as well. The funny thing is with life I'd have very little play time now anyway, but that wouldn't stop me from subscribing monthly (or whatever it would be if it came back). I know what little time I had to play would be worth it anyway.

I can't say I have much expectation of it coming back, but I do still have hope.

<------ Another one over here too. I check the Titan Network daily to see if "any" news shows up. It comes to show that the community still wants to play City of Heroes again, even it's been 4 years now.

I check everyday just for entertainment...and possible news.

I have to say, you guys are letting me down on the weekends, though.  Whole days go by with no posts to entertain me. I have to actually do something, like play SWTOR or MOO (reboot). :P

Vee

No one should be forced to play SWTOR. If only there were some paragon of, idk, vengeance or something, who we could count on for a random post on slow days.

Angel Phoenix77

I think I can beat all of you :D, I check everyday, every hour, and every quarter hour :D . I too hope in the "TM"
One day the Phoenix will rise again.

Paragon Avenger

I never check, I just post.

Speaking of posting, aren't we overdue for another about negotiation efforts?

Would MOO be Master of Orion by chance?

I want IPv7 because 128 bit address space isn't big enough.  We need at least 4096 bit address space.   ;)

Yes, it's the remake of Master of Orion. I also have the original 3 Master of Orion games as well. It was a Pre-order bundle.

I still play Master of Magic on occasion too.
