I say at this point, every City of heroes spiritual successor/project needs a badge included that refers to this forum thread.  Maybe at some place of science and discussion that regularly gets off topic :).
Currently; Not doing any streaming, found myself with less time available recently.  Still playing starbound periodically, though I am thinking of trying other games.  Don't tell me to play mmohtg's though please :).  Getting back into participating in VO and the successors again to.

If we're creating badges, I'd like to suggest the "Evicted Badge" - "For being a former City of Heroes Hero/Villain.  And a 2nd, "Found a New Home" - "Staying with it through thick and thin."

And a very special badge for those who worked on the successor:  "Home Builder".  Only those that worked on that specific successor can get it.
No Surrender!

I like those.... though those of us who contributed to COT's kickstarter helped as well. :D

He was a good Gurney, imagine if he played Duke Leto....

He would have rocked it!
We're almost there!  ;D

Wow, we got quite. If I was into conspiracies I would think everyone was playing City of. :)
One day the Phoenix will rise again.

I was busy rushing a robotic expert oriented character in fallout 4 to level 15.  Course now she's nearly 25 and has expanded the minutemen to the start of a powerhouse industrial economy....

Nice :), myself I was ordering my fleet of star ships on missions and helping my guild with their star base :), but outside of that going to my online class :)

If you replaced 'City of' with 'their absurd albatross of a Steam library' then you'd be on to something on my end anyway.

Agreed.

Despite his performance as Gurney being quite good, I always felt that Gurney was not for Patrick Stewart but rather Duke Leto.

The Gurney from the Scifi miniseries was also done well, just different from Stewart.

I also think the final knife fight was done better in the sci-fi version, but mileage varies.

But, of course it was you.  All your fault.  You make the world go round.  So step up the pace and be awesome! ;)

"What shall I tell them, your Holiness?"
"Tell them...tell them it's 1582."
"My Lord, I –"
"TELL THEM THAT IT IS 1582, AND DEATH TO THE MAN WHO CLAIMS OTHERWISE. AM I NOT POPE CHARLEMAGNE TIMELORD?"

Let's tell it like it really is - it's a Nemisis plot dammit - all hail LORD NEMISIS!!

Best. Villain. Ever.

Edit - Just as I posted this, an ad for the discovery channel played - the ad is for the show "brain games", with Dolph Lundgren lampooning himself - and now I can't help but think how perfect he'd be to play Nemisis in the CoH movie that never happened.

My favorite Dolph Lundgren story: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/tvshowbiz/article-1173697/Burglars-tie-woman--flee-house-realise-shes-married-action-hero-actor-Dolph-Lundgren.html?ITO=1490

"Things might have turned out very differently if Dolph had been in."

Yes, I believe they would have.
