Unable to Login

For the past several days, I've been unable to log into my Titan Key.  I've tried resetting the password but the e-mail is never received but strangely enough I'm able to login to the forums (I only found this out after reading this thread where it seems like someone else had the same problems).

I don't mind having to recreate my account or anything, but I would just like to be able to have things working again.

I've issued a Password Reset from our Interface, as those appear to work without fail.  Please let me know whether or not you received it.  If another day goes by and you have not, we've got a problem.

Hi, I'm having the same problem.  I got the email to reset my password for the forums, but nothing for the Titan Key. 

Is there a way I could get mine reset as well?
