Crush unfortunately this thread doesnt have constant news all the time,, it most likely going to be weeks to months before you hear anything substantial.. so in the mean time people converse with one another.. when Ironwolf comes in with news the thread immediately turns itself around... a little diversion is ok...

Uh, i don't really recall 14. What was big news where i was living then...
Mmm, it was after manned, powered flight was a big thing. Uh, there was a president and a war? (There's always a war.)
The idea of traveling to other planets was a popular object of speculation...
Gods darn it, i refuse to cheat and Google what happened that year, so i dunno.
It was about six years after i first read the collected works of EA Poe. (Except his poetry, i had very little appreciation of his poetry as an eight year old.)
i kept a copy of Thoreau's Walden by my bed at 14 because i was having trouble sleeping for a while and half a chapter was generally enough to put me to sleep.

All that aside, are we there yet?
