Macros/Binds/Slash commands and programmed delay?
« on: May 27, 2014, 04:10:06 AM »
Does anyone recall any way to make a command go off after a delay?

For example
Code: [Select]
/say Hello there!$$em wave$$delay 3$$say How ya doin?Where you'd say "Hello there!", wave, and wait 3 seconds before saying "How ya doin?"

It'd be nice for setting up small scenes that can just be started in Icon, without having a full-fledged demo edit, but I haven't found anything other than "duration" for how long your text bubbles linger.

I don't even know if what I'm looking for was part of the game, but here's hoping!

Edit: I didn't realize there was an Icon sub forum down in Multimedia. Moderators, feel free to move this if you feel it's more appropriate there.

There is no way to delay something with a bind. Farmers would have a heyday with that.
