A lot of RPG games these days on phones are card based or match 3 types.

I was just thinking how cool if we had gotten a COH spinoff for phones using cards of all the villain gangs as enemies and police, etc as support and then have the AV's and main heroes (Statesman, Positron, etc)  as super rare cards. Battles would be either a match 3 type or card battle.
And have some way of making your own hero card to be used as the leader.

All the assets for the CoH CCG are on the wiki (http://paragonwiki.com/wiki/COHCCG). Someone who wasn't afraid of being sued could probably do something with that.

Edit: It also used to have a hero builder: http://web.archive.org/web/20061207185321/http://www.cohccg.com/cardbuilder  I'm not going to try it now, but I seem to recall it not working last time I did, since it's a Web Archive site now. But I might be remembering something else!
