Question about Icon.. help needed

Ok. I have Icon on my new PC and have Issue 24 client working.. problem is that a lot of the sentinel files wont work because the costume pieces either were removed or renamed in Issue 24 so I cant use them...

I have Issue 23 client (City of Heroes is still loaded like the game is still active) on my old machine and Sentinel files on it... How can I get Icon to work with my Old machine and Issue 23 client? My plan is to use that to change the sentinel files into actual costume files and then transfer them via USB to my new machine..

Older versions of Icon support i23, not sure if the current one does.
