Foxbat's ride

I happen to have some key money laying around, still, and kinda like the look of Foxbat's ride. His dropboxes give guaranteed salvage + possible crates of Drifter Salvage, which would be handy to have, too. So, I was thinking about using the dropboxes as a way to get Drifter salvage with the bonus of having a chance for the vehicle.

Is there that big of a difference in vehicles in how they can be equipped? Does Foxbat's ride rate decently in that department?

I was opening boxes in hopes of getting the alphabet and wound up with one of the vehicles in the Foxbat box. (The one I got isn't the one that Foxbat himself supposedly used-- it's the Nighthawk one.) Since it was one of the Mark II vehicles, I'd assume that the Foxbat one is too. It's not a bad vehicle. Handy if you happen to have a low damage/non AOE character.

Or for doing Lemuria missions as the vehicles aren't affected by the underwater environment like normal travel powers.

I am never that lucky, all of the lockboxes I have opened Ive only thing of value was the 180k q.

If it makes you feel better the only time I've gotten a vehicle out of a lockbox is when I'd rather have something else. :D

I got my Hovertank Avalanche when I was opening lockboxes to get xp boosts. :D

How much Drifter salvage is in the loxboxes as common loot?

ty, for me I have seen anywhere from 4-8 drifter salvage drops. I have heard of people getting up to 15

The crates-- if you get them-- has up to 10 pieces of Drifter salvage.

Seeing as how the crates seem to go for ~ 100G at cheapest and the salvage is the main thing I'm interested in, that's pretty decent.

I'd been trying to sell my desert fox mark 2 and railgun to get the globals for the foxbat ride but the price keeps going up rather than down, it's like the main ride is not dropping enough from boxes.
