Today, 2014-12-16, I finally caught up.

Although I realize that an announcement, either way, would have set this thread on fire such that I couldn't catch up (without cheating ahead), I must admit that I was hoping to read something to that effect before reaching the end.

I totally agree: if no news is good news, then good news would be better news, haha. Waiting is so tough, especially this time of year for me. Sometimes I feel less like no news is good news and more like no news is just better news than bad news.

Well maybe some people can. I know *I* could never do that frickin' ski run though, no matter how many times I tried. I always kept shooting off the edge. With some invisible yodeler mocking me as I plummeted into the void. >:(

None of the auto-teleports and portals and such are functional, so there's those big gaps in the run that
you have to manually traverse.

I wouldn't expect to hear anything till February sometime Christmas is celebrated in S. Korea, to a lesser extent than western countries but the execs /WILL/ be taking time off, in fact they ay have already started their leave, they will not be back until sometime after newyears, that may also include asian new year in china it's spring festival and usually lasts a month starting in january or february. work will commence in march at the latest.

Until then, everyone take a big breath grab a blue lantern ring and use your power of hope in some other outlet form as building up all that energy could be unhealthy for your heart.

Honestly, a game they shuttered two years ago can hardly be at the top of their priority list.  I'd venture to guess that not many people outside of the one or two directly involved even know or care about any of the CoX rez efforts.

But sometimes, all it takes is one "guardian angel" at a company to take an interest in something as a side project, and it will eventually get done.  I don't think that's going to be any time soon, though.  Hopefully we'll hear something about real positive motion forward by summer.
