Winter has come to Atlas Park

Download this file and un-7zip it to your data folder (should have coh/data/geobin and coh/data/scenes) in order to cover Atlas Park with snow and pine trees that light up at night. All the water surfaces are frozen, so you'll be able to use Prometheus Lake as a ice skating ring. This lovely map conversion was done by Angelus Animi.

Enjoy the Winter Event!

Oh this is going to be perfect for the end of my video...

I think I still have time to reshoot the last scenes to use these instead!
The game may be gone, but the videos are still here...

Please, for all that is Holy, could someone walk me through this.  I finally was able to unzip the file and now I have two folders, one titled geobin the other titled scenes.  How and where do I now place them in my CoH folder?  I found the data folder and contained within that folder are four folders: bin, geobin, object_library, texts.  What do I do now?

Many thanks and all the best.

1. Copy the CITY_01_01 folder from inside your unzipped geobin folder and place it (CITY_01_01) in the geobin folder in your data folder.

2. Move the scenes folder you unzipped into your data folder.

Just drag the files from the WinZip interface into their respective areas.

Then use Titan Icon to play in it if you don't know of Icon already.

Simply download this and place it in your CoH folder.

Then run it and follow that wiki page.

Thanks so much.  Works like a charm.  It brings back memories but then again so does every time I open Icon.  My kids are gonna lose their minds when they see this as will my wife.

My four-year-old keeps asking me if I "know when the meanies will be coming back so he can fight them?"  I keep telling him, someday.

Thank you very much!  I will download and install.  I guess we did get something of a new Winter Event present...from one of the new Devs.  All hail SCoRE!   :)

Beautiful. Thank you, and Angelus especially, for such a beautiful place to visit this holiday season.

Just being able to enjoy it as it is makes me rather emotional, but in a good way. :)

Until we can all share good times in Paragon City (and all the other places we could visit there) we still have this. Happy holidays!
