I loaded up Icon and went roaming around looking at places today.
Visited the hospital in Outbreak. (about half a dozen times. never got to see the outside area there)
Visited the Echo of Galaxy City.
Visited the Chantry and saw several people standing around there. Mostly military types. They were all very closed mouth and wouldn't talk to me either.
But, of all the zones I visited, the Shadow Shard seems the most fitting for people to still be in.
