DayZ a mod for ARMA II

I just started playing DayZ and it appears quite good so far. You get to play a person set to fight against the zombies roaming a very large world. It does cost a bit to get the game through Steam $24.99 gets you the 2 games you need Arma II and Arma:Operation Arrowhead.

Then download the DayZ Commander and let it install any needed upgrades. I may very well buy a server as you can run one for $30 a month and you can play Heroic or Bandit. Heroic means you don't kill humans and take their stuff - bandit means you do.

I recommend trying the game I am still earning however and it is not a fast paced twitch game - unless you wake up a horde of zombies!

You know there is an Arma III version out now, mate? It's much better, Looks better, has better...Reaction time (When you kill a guy they don't stand there for 5 seconds then fall over) and feels overall more responsive to your controls.

Just a heads up, ARMA 2 and its expansions are on sale at Steam today. The complete pack is going for $8.
