I understand it was a business decision, and that City of Heroes might not have generated as much money as they wanted - but even with all of that, NC missed massive opportunities to foster goodwill or own up to their own decisions.
They chose to do the bare minimum.
They chose to treat something special they had with a by-the-numbers, cold hearted shuttering.
Nobody addressed why the decision was made personally.
Tens of thousands, if not hundreds of thousand of customers were treated with this harsh lesson:
If you are in the minority, you can be safely ignored.
This is a Korean company that treats it's American partners and customers coldly. We should have figured this out when they shut down Tabula Rasa. All of my former COH Sub money now goes to Valve.
