... arrive in Atlas Park from tutorial...
... use jump pack to get to top of Atlas Statue globe...
... before pack stalls free fall/mini-jumps to get to city hall roof...
... drop down to steps run inside to statue to left of registration desk...
... go downstairs to last door on right go down elevator at back of room once out take a few steps forward...
... retrace steps to outside then go right around the building until see statue on left go towards it and stand before Wong on the City Hall side of state support platform...
... continue onward towards rear parking lot take corner stairs and read plaque beyond the bottom step...
... turn right and follow parking lot until it ends go left of Wentworths continue on until see building with secondary structure and lots of air conditioning/vent boxes on top...
... use jump pack to get to roof (not the highest one)...
... turn right and look for brick building with vertical window stacks (AE) jump down and head towards it...
... go inside building use elevator go down steps then jump off ledge to right move to just beside the mission terminals until ding...
... go back down elevator and turn right go through doors then run across street and follow sidewalk until above park retaining wall...
... hop down into the park and go to gate on far wall read plaque to right of it...
... go through gate and keep moving forward until reach street turn right and follow the sidewalk until it ends at corner cross street and turn right onto that sidewalk...
... follow sidewalk past raised building platform look left and see the pedestrian bridges cross furthest one to other side...
... ahead is a set of steps leading to another building platform at base of steps turn left and follow wall to plaque... read it...
... continue ahead and walk up narrow ramp to right continue following this path past the building jump down and follow past next building over sewer entrances and park area to large statue on right...
... follow wall of statue platform to far corner and read...
... head to front of statue cross street turn right on that sidewalk and follow until corner reached cross street and enter building ahead and slightly left...
... ignore warning of guard at door...
... inside building hug left wall after climbing stairs take first door on left...
... exit building and go forward until on other side of street turn right on that sidewalk and follow until next corner reached...
... turn left and follow sidewalk until reach bus stop with two or three Hellions sitting on top of it across from street leading to bridge...
... stand atop bus stop facing bridge and turn left until see small grassy area in building L-corner with plaque marker go to it and read...
... cross street to bridge road staying on right hand sidewalk half way across the bridge take a read...
... at end of bridge take left and stay on that sidewalk until next street cross street and take right on next sidewalk...
... continue past building on left...
... after a small grassy area there will be a cement retaining wall jump onto the retaining wall and run along the top away from the street...
... when the retaining wall goes in another direction keep going straight by jumping...
... land on dividing wall over run down looking area keep running straight until this wall also ends/turns then drop down into parking lot...
... turn 45 degrees left and run through parking lot until you reach a gradual street corner cross street to other corner and turn right...
... follow sidewalk just past bus stop and stop to read...
... retrace steps back to parking lot you dropped into at far end of the lot go right into small alley beside warehouse...
... follow alley until it opens up then cross street in front of you turn right onto sidewalk and follow that walk (no matter how it turns) until you reach street tunnel on left...
... cross street (do not enter tunnel) and go around to rear of the building just ahead and to the right...
... climb fire escape at rear of building until roof reached go to front of roof and walk beneath billboard...
... remember they changed that part and go to back of building looking down to find ledge midway up and drop down to it...
... go back to top of building and jump across to neighboring building roof run across that and jump to bridge/street from it...
... should be able to see train station from there go to train station and bring up destination list...
... curse when you realize you can't get to Galaxy City until you can reach Ouroboros...
... sigh and go to first contact...
... run missions until you're high enough level to go to Kings Row...
