How can I help keep City of Heroes alive?

Perhaps not the actual game itself, I have no programing skills or anything in that department, but I want to assist in the preservation of the memory of this game.  I have been struggling with how I can involve myself in the post CoH community and find a way to honour the memory of the game.

Much like many of you, City of Heroes was my "life" and much more than just a game.  The closing in November was devastating to me, and I have been hanging on every word for the revival of Paragon City.

So what can I do?  Without a real "techie" skillset, I'm not sure if I can instigate my own "idea" to keep the memory alive, thus I am asking if anyone could use my help.  Is there something I can do to assist someone else on one of their projects?

Are you the leader of a team of ninjas, or perhaps the head of an international spy ring?   Because I have some ideas.   Or maybe even a demolitions expert?

I have been running around Atlas, doesn't seem like enough.

Icon is a wonderful technical achievement, and I don't want to belittle it at all.  It's just hollow for me.  I'm too much into the nitty-gritty of BEING a hero or villain that just dressing up like one is not enough; I need to get out there and actually do some heroism/villainy.  And Icon can't do that.

... I keep trying to volunteer my programming skills, outdated though they may be, to TPP, but I can't get their darn forum to send me an account activation e-mail.  I tried again just now as I'm typing this, and still no reply.  (I glanced at H&V, but their development kit has to be bought, and requires twice as much RAM as my computer actually has to run, so that's out.  VO seems to have its own team)

Send a PM to Zombie Man on these forums, he's TPP's comm manager, he can field the issue to someone who can fix it.

Okay, this is the best quote I've seen on any gaming forum in a mighty long time.

You get a whole plateful of cookies for that one!   :-*

Someone should get Anonymous to hack NCSoft and grab all the server data for COH IMO.

Anonymous I think is often just a name hackers can use.  As in any hacker could be part of it.  Not to mention they have recently been in scandals that include them stealing personal information and selling it, and not in a Robin Hood kind of way..  Contributing to identity theft and ruining peoples financial lives.  Not very hero like.

yeah definately dont want to get tied to them. That's bad business (figure of speech).

But...if someone just so happen to have the skills, and just so happen to just happen to stumble across a hole in the security of NCSOFT system and not get caught by the CIA or other gov. agency, then more power to them. Remember for every successful hacker that gets away, there are 10s of thousands that get caught and end up wearing one government supplied outfit for a long time while hoping their murderous cell mate dont get any bright ideas of gaining a new "girlfriend".

It woul still require me to run a program that requires 4 GB of RAM on a computer that only has 2 GB of RAM.

Plus it appears to be Windows-only, and I have a Mac.  (The developer kit can be used to make Mac clients, but the developer kit is not itself Mac-compatible)

So for technical reasons, I can't do any development on H&V.
