Besides - you gotta admit, it's a real classic. And as Sci-Fi films go, it's one of the ones you really SHOULD see.

Well it's been a week. So here's the answer:

The following quote...

...is from the 1956 Sci-Fi classic Forbidden Planet. It was uttered by Walter Pidgeon's "Morbius".

Nice bit of trivia from IMDB: Star Trek creator Gene Roddenberry has been quoted as saying that this film was a major inspiration for that series. 1701, which is the serial number of the Starship Enterprise, allegedly comes from the clock mark 17:01 when the C57D enters orbit around Altair IV.

I really don't have any clue on this one. But somehow this sounds like something Bill Murray would say.

I had to cheat to find out what movie it was.  I have heard of that movie and have even watched it on VHS but I would have never of guessed it.

It's the only line I remember from it, and they are actually rolling down the street AND getting passed by a street sweeper.
