Knights in low gravity
« on: February 16, 2013, 09:29:40 AM »
This was posted at Dorkly.  I have no idea what game this is but it's obvious that the game engine plays screaming when you are falling.  It's annoying but just I can't stop laughing at the silliness of it all.

In space, no one can hear you scream.
In Chivalry, everyone can hear you "AAAAAAAaaaaah!"
 :P

(The base game isn't much quieter, btw)

The game in question is Chivalry; it's a first person multiplayer medieval action game with various game modes. The melee in the game is quite fun since it involves blocking, sideways swinging, overhead swinging, thrusting, and positioning. It also has archery (bows and crossbows) and skirmishing (can throw fire pots, knives, hatchets, and spears). I played it when Steam had a free weekend for it and enjoyed it quite a bit. It should be noted that the low gravity is a mod, and not part of the base game.

Some screenshots, because hey why not:
