It just means that they are licensing the engine.

Well the Unreal Engine 4 is pretty sweet.

Back in January nVidia showed off their mobile game platform Project Shield.  They put out this little video which they used during it's presentation.  If you watch the full presentation, during the walk through of the movie while highlighting the various features, they do something interesting at around the 7:15 mark.

Yeah, Epic licenses out the Unreal Engine to quite a few companies. I think it's actually their main business.

I wonder if these games will be hit by the same crippling UI bug (Reported loss of several dozen FPS from nothing other than showing the UI)

Tera uses Unreal 3.

Used to be my most favorite game of all time from 1999 for about 3 years give or take. I still hop in every blue moon and play Monster Hunt or IG, not many sniper servers anymore w/o campers  :(

If they do make a new game though, I hope it's for PC only. I bought UT3 for 360 and it was depressing that almost no one played online ranked.
