So i had a general question for you developers here on the site, and i apologize if it's been brought up before and i just didn't search for it, but here goes.
Is there any plan in the Phoenix Project for player bases? not raid capable or anything..unless you really really wanted to add that, but moreso what they always kind of were in City, basically glorified art projects that we could spend endless hours tuning and putzing with to satisfy our inner creative genius.
