Fascinating article that :)

It's another point to reinforce how virtual worlds, while not technically physically real, can indeed still have a very real and measurable effect in the real-real world. And the more immersive the world, the stronger the effect.

I've seen quite a few comments in the Testimonials thread from folk for whom CoH has been a sort of therapy or treatment in their lives - there's certainly a degree of sommon psychological ground between that and the US Military's endeavour in that news article.
