Where to address an open letter?

Question for all - I've hammered out an open letter to NCsoft, bit of a lengthish one, though not quite of TonyV magnitude. I'm planning to send it to as many online magazines as I can, and this is where I need your help - since I don't particularly keep upwith games, my knowledge of the same is... lacking. Thus, can you throw me links to any and all gaming or has-a-game-section sites you can think of? So far I can think of Escapist, Gamespot, Eurogamer and Gaygamer, maybe even try for CNN or MSNBC {or is it just NBC again?}, but that's about it.

Pretty sure that's not all of them, I don't see Eurogamer on the list, for example, but it's definitely a good start. Does anyone have other suggestions?
