would someone with the knowledge and skills to do so be willing to edit it to be.. well, not a monkey pounding on a keyboard?

I have an idea for an article that I think could end up very powerful, but I am.. not by any stretch of the imagination a journalist or even a half-way-decent writer.  So I'd much rather give the article, or the idea, to someone who an actually write such things and also has the knowledge of where and how it would be best to submit it to make sure it's done right.
