Paragon Wiki Preferences / My Email Confirmation not working?

I went to my http://paragonwiki.com/wiki/Special:Preferences and tried to Confirm your email address (http://paragonwiki.com/wiki/Special:ConfirmEmail)

Failed, double-checked it all, message is:
Paragon Wiki could not send your confirmation mail. Please check your e-mail address for invalid characters.
Mailer returned: Unknown error in PHP's mail() function

No mail received (yes checked Junk mail). When re-clicked we get red letters "A confirmation code has already been e-mailed to you; if you recently created your account, you may wish to wait a few minutes for it to arrive before trying to request a new code. "
