Would it be possible for Mid's to generate a shopping list?

After I have a finalized build, I go to my bins first, then to market and try find all the enc/recipes I need. I invariably miss one or two and have to go back.

It would look like this:
Doctored Wounds Heal/Recharge - 2
Doctored Wounds Heal/Endurance/Recharge - 2
Thunderstrike Accuracy/Damage -1

Just a little QoL feature, but one I'd use a lot.

If you go to Window->Recipe Viewer, you can see the list of everything slotted on the character.  Be sure to click the "Include recipes" checkbox at the bottom of the screen, and you should be good.  By default, it just shows the salvage you need, and how much you'll need to spend on parts of the crafting.
