Version 1.95 Issue 21 Mids

In the MA for scrappers, I noticed that Crane Kick is registering as a defensive power, (IE it has a toggle on/off option).
Crane Kick is a single target, High Damage Attack... not a toggle, thought I would bug it for a future build.

I can't reproduce this. However, Storm Kick and Eagle's Claw for Tankers have been marked as toggles because they give buffs. I figured that was worth mentioning, although I highly doubt you were looking at one of those, since you said Scrapper and Crane Kick. :P

That's a +recharge proc, isn't it? Such self-buffing procs enable the toggle button.
