Defender's Vigilance broken in Mids I21?

I hadn't noticed this before, but Vigilance no longer buffs Damage when I view Totals for Self. I though this was fixed back in v1.940? Or had I just fixed in by manually editing the database somehow? Someone refresh my memory, as I like to see The TK Kid's global damage buff at 64.8% instead of 34.8%

God, I hate this bug... Because we have to do vigilance by hand, it gets overwritten a lot by our imports and sometimes I forget to tweak it. DeProgrammer can check this.

Yeah, sorry about being the bringer of annoying news. I've already figured out how to fix it back the way I like it in the database on my end. Thought you might want to know, though.
