Proliferation Errors?

Some of the sets proliferated to Brutes aren't working as they should be; just a few so far:

Entropic Aura - not set up for the +recharge buff
Divine Avalanche/Parry - not set up to provide +defense buff


[Also not sure if the Scrapper and Brute values for the +rech buff in Entropic are supposed to be the same...  but my brute (in game) hits +45% recharge with max targets; Scrapper is only listed at 24%.]

Last I checked, that's actually the way it works on Live, and it's supposed to be fixed in an upcoming patch.

Re Entropic Aura it looks like it's applying the -Rech to the player. Activating it 0 targets makes the recharge longer than base, it takes 3 targets to almost counter it (-16% vs +15.5%). Also, I only get the slider to set the number of targets on the Scrapper version, doesn't show up on the Brute.

Edit: forgot to say, the +3.5% Rech field isn't updating as you increase the targets (it shows the correct amount on mouseover however).

Last I checked, that's actually the way it works on Live, and it's supposed to be fixed in an upcoming patch.

That's correct, just checked Venomous Gas, and the ToHit and Defense debuff effects are both marked to be unaffected by enhancements or outside buffs.

Controller version is affected as well, as is Mastermind's Noxious Gas.

I am getting an error on my dm/ea build where the % values are not displaying for some sets. Several of the values are missing.

If someone could verify the error on this build.
