Dodgy Brute BroadSword set in Mids

Hi all,
Im REALLY looking forward to making a BS Brute when i21 goes live but is there a way to put a dodgy set in Mids until then?
I dont care if the numbers are a bit off (the extra damage due to scrapper values, lesser +Def values from Parry if it will change, etc).

Not really, because of a bug in the DB Editor that prevents you from creating new powersets. Theoretically you can change an existing one to have the numbers you want.

OK Ive remade the Broad Sword set under Brutes but I cant put any Slots in the powers?
Ive looked but cant find anything that I may have missed.
When I add the powers they dont even get the default 1 slot.

What did I do wrong?
