I installed this into the default directory on my Windows 7/32-bit MSi laptop. Dot Net framework 2.0 is installed.
I get the following error message when I try to run it.
"An error has occurred when loading the main form. Error: Access to the path is denied."
It then still seems to load okay, though I haven't actually tested it past the first screen yet.
The debugger gives the following message:
