Issue 18 Fly Speed Figures

So...

Running up to Issue 18, the patch notes in Test said that base Fly Speed was going to be buffed 33%. In actuality, it wound up being 50%. Castle said that was a bug and it would be 33%. Then he was overruled and the 50% bug became the new figure with the Issue 18 release notes changed to reflect a 50% buff. At first Blasters didn't get the full 50%, but now they do.

So, what are the new Fly Figures? I have it laid out here in the Wiki: http://paragonwiki.com/wiki/Flight#Flight_Speed

Mids has the 33% figures, and so, needs to be updated at some point.
