Mastermind.Soul Mastery.Soul Tentacle requirements

Soul Tentacles is a 2nd tier PPP for Masterminds.  The first power listed is a corruptor version rather than the Mastermind Nightfall power.

Crab Spider Frag Grenade settings too?  Right now the other frag grenade is a requirement, not a mutually exclusive flag.

Same issue with the Dominator.soul Mastery.Soul Drain power.  One requirement is from the Corrupter set.  I don't know if it matters, but I found it while working on a controller.
