Sentinel Mids' Export Bug(?)

Apologies if this is posted in the wrong forum (and I didn't see.

The Sentinel's ability to export to Mids' is the most awesome invention since, well, Mids'.  However, I could only get it to export a single character, and after that every attempt reads the following error (which crashes the Sentinel):

Run-time error '5':

Invalid procedure call or argument

Not technically adept with software here; my only attempt at a solution was to run the Sentinel as administrator.

Any solutions?
