Stealth (Pool Power) Bug/Unwanted Feature

This has been in Mids' since the first update after the Issue 18 release.  I preferred the old way that it worked and I have no idea why it was changed.

The issue is that Stealth is giving the out-of-combat defense bonus, which is double that of the in-combat bonus.  I prefer to see the defense numbers that the game will use when I'm attacking and being attacked, rather than the defense numbers for someone who happens to be "seen" while stealthed and running past an enemy who only attacks once and misses.

Does anyone else prefer Stealth's defense to be calculated in a certain way?  An in-combat button might be excessive work for one power, so s it possible to change it back to the old method of calcuation?

All toggles that have suppressible values use the out-of-combat value in Mids. It has been discussed in the past to add a switch to toggle between combat and out-of-combat values.

Wrong.  The last two releases I did were only applying the in-combat values which gave players the correct values when actually fighting.  The new team must have changed it back, or forgot to change the value in the database.

Not wrong. All toggles in Mids' use the out-of-combat value in Mids'. Note, this is present tense (and so was my last post) and thus is not wrong (since it is true).

And it HAS been discussed to add toggling between combat and out-of-combat values, so that is not wrong either. :)

Well, I didn't change anything, but it might have been reset when Energy Aura did his csv update. I fully intend to add a "Combat Mode" flag that will handle this, but it is taking a backseat to things like the alpha slot.

I had a little extra time before I went to work this morning and I took a poke at this and I think I've come up with something you guys'll like. Stay tuned for the next Mids' version (later this week!).
