Bug: Swap Ammo prevents adding slots for the following level

In normal levelling mode I got as far as:

Primary Power Set: Dual Pistols
Secondary Power Set: Mental Manipulation

Level 2:   Dual Wield         Empty(A), Empty(3)
Level 4:   Empty Clips         Empty(A), Empty(5), Empty(5)
Level 6:   Swap Ammo   
Level 8:   [Empty]

After adding Swap Ammo it won't let me add slots at level 7.

If I change the planner to Dynamic mode I can add the slots ok.  Swapping back to Levelling mode after adding the slots at level 7 the slots are allowed as normal.

so I'm not the only one this has happened to,  Easiest work around would be to switch over to Dynamic to place those slots then switch back

I haven't added DP to my live account yet, but on the test server you couldn't add slots.  They switched it from a clickable power to a power that grants 3 different toggles.  So as far as I know the planner is correct in not letting you add slots.

They're not talking about putting slots in Swap Ammo. Swap Ammo doesn't take slots.

Selecting Swap Ammo in 'level up mode' makes it impossible to put the next set of slots ANYWHERE. You have to switch to 'dynamic mode', place the next set of slots, then switch back to 'level up mode.'

Actually, I can place slots for Lvl7 just fine, even in "Level-Up" mode.  *Goes to try*  O_O  Weird, I swear it was working fine.  It worked fine on all 3 of the Dual Pistol builds I made, but just now when I tried, it wouldn't work.  And I know I had "Level-Up" mode highlighted then because I always highlight that right before I start selecting my slots.  That's really weird.

EDIT: I just remembered LOL I usually add all my powers and then add my slots in.  So that's why it didn't affect me before.  When I tested ^ I just added the first few powers and then tried to add the slots.  I usually click to activate "Level-Up" when I add my slots after all the powers are chosen.

I know, I'm weird.
