Respec Helper Bug (v1.601)

Bug Description: Respec Helper Window cuts off powers at level 41 with Warshade Build

With this build loaded, Open the Long History Respec Helper Window (Window -> In-Game Respec Helper -> History Long).  Scroll down past level 38.  This is what I see:

That's an issue with the respec helper. the control that displays the text is set to a fixed size, and it seems that khelds extra powers fall off the end if you request a Long Profile. The other options should all display okay as they aren't so long.
